Account & Policy Information

If you have forgotten your User ID or password, you can request these by visiting Login Help.

If you have forgotten both your User ID and the email address associated with your account, please call Customer Support, 888-242-0888.
 

Personal Lines Policyholders (auto, home, boat, etc.)

  • Register or login online to view and print policy documents, including auto ID cards and policy Declaration pages. Directly billed policyholders (those directly billed by Cincinnati) can also view and print billing statements. 

Life & Business Policyholders

  • Please contact your agent. 
  • If you are a life, disability income or annuity policyholder without an agent, please call 800-783-4479.

Please contact your agent to make any changes to your policy.

No, the system can assign only one User ID per policy and users cannot change their IDs. Your User ID is unique to you and linked with the security of your account.

No, the information provided in the online payment system does not modify your policy. Please contact your agent to change your policy information.
Some operating system developers, such as Google or Apple®, allow mobile application users to request deletion of accounts created within an application. If you request deletion of your account, Cincinnati Insurance may still retain your information for legal, auditing, regulatory and business purposes. Retention periods vary according to specific legal, auditing, regulatory and business needs. A request to delete an account within the mobile application only applies to the credentials and account you created within the application and not to any other accounts you may have with Cincinnati Insurance.

Deleting your account will also remove access to all online services available through cinfin.com. To proceed, please call, 888-242-0888, to allow us to confirm your identity before deleting your account.
 

Billing

Policyholders billed directly from Cincinnati Insurance (not their local agency) can register or login online to pay premiums and set up recurring payments online. 

Policyholders may also make one-time (or single) payments from their bank account or credit card without registering using the Pay Now feature. This option does not store their information, so they must re-enter each time they pay online. Policyholders may also make a one-time payment by calling Cincinnati’s phone payment service, 800-364-3400.

If a policyholder receives their bill from their local independent agent, they will need to contact their agent to make a payment.

No, you do not need to set up an account to make a payment online. You can pay without registering an account by using the Pay Now feature to make a one-time or single payment. You may continue to make single payments each time you pay without registering.

You can also make a one-time payment by calling Cincinnati’s phone payment service, 800-364-3400.

 
Payment methods include major credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® or American Express®), PayPal™, PayPal Credit, Venmo™, checking or savings accounts.

Payments receiving a confirmation number before 3 p.m. Eastern Time are applied the same day. Payments made after 3 p.m. Eastern Time are applied the next business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except bank holidays.

Personal 

  • Directly billed personal lines policyholders (auto, home, boat, etc.) can register or login online where you can set up an account to schedule recurring payments by storing payment information in the system.

  • If you would like your automatic payment to withdraw from your checking or savings account, please contact your agent to request a pre-authorized withdrawal from your bank account.
 
Business

 

  • Eligible business accounts receive an enrollment letter with registration instructions through the USPS. Online account holders may choose to set up recurring Automatic Payments.

  • You can request an EFT Authorization Form by calling Cincinnati Corporate Billing, 877-942-2455 or emailing us, CinciBill@cinfin.com.


Life

  • For life policyholders, you can set up automatic payments by enrolling, printing and completing the Pre-Authorized Withdrawal Agreement. Fax the completed form along with a voided or photocopied check (checking account) or deposit slip (savings account) to 513-870-2095, email to lifepremiumacct@cinfin.com or mail to:

You will not receive a payment due reminder but after the amount due is withdrawn from your account or charged to your credit card, you will receive a payment confirmation email.
Policyholders with personal lines policies (auto, home, boat, personal items) can register or login online to select Paperless Options to receive your policy documents and/or billing statements by email.
