Four areas of focus

Exploring unconscious bias

All associates and managers must complete unconscious bias awareness courses to promote learning, growth, and open, respectful conversations.

Fostering employee resource groups

These groups connect associates across the organization, increase awareness of company news and events, provide developmental opportunities, and encourage respectful dialog to help build a better, more inclusive workforce.

Building relationships with historically Black colleges and universities

We are inclusive in our recruiting activities, deliberately engaging with underrepresented racial and ethnic groups. We foster a diverse workforce in a variety of ways, including building awareness of our company and industry and deepening relationships with key university staff at historically Black colleges and universities.

Opening associates’ opportunities to interact with senior management

Although job performance and skill development are key to advancing your career, increased visibility is equally important. With our employee resource groups as a platform, associates can develop their skills, network and interact with senior management, opening additional opportunities for the future.
