If you forget both your User ID and the email address associated with your account when you first log in to the new site:
- Click “Forgot User ID or Password?” then enter your User ID in the “Forgot Your Password” field. You will be prompted to select a method to receive a security code.
- Enter the code you receive in the field provided and click “Verify.” You will be prompted to enter a password, then click "Update."
