Scott serves as the CEO of Beyond Insurance. Founded in 2007, Beyond Insurance is a coaching and consulting firm that drives top-line revenue growth of insurance organizations through a systematic process of differentiation, innovation, and transformation. A unique capability of Beyond Insurance is its ability to enhance sales leadership and sales cultures. Beyond Insurance has also coined the term “The Risk Revolution” – a mission to lessen the dominance of the insurance bid and enhance industry perception.

Scott has been recognized as one of the “25 Most Innovative Agents in America” by The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research and also received The Franklin Award for outstanding achievement and contribution to the insurance industry in the Delaware Valley. In 1993 and 1994, Scott was a Philadelphia finalist for “Entrepreneur of the Year Award,” sponsored by Inc. magazine, Ernst & Young, and Merrill Lynch. He has been interviewed on “The Michael Dresser Show,” KLZ-AM “Experience Pros Radio Show, Skip Prichard Learning Insights, “On the Edge” radio show, and Kevin Price’s “The Price of Business” radio show.

Scott previously served as founder and CEO of The Addis Group, which he started in 1990 from scratch: no carriers; no revenue. Only a $50,000 credit line and a vision of providing elite risk management services to the middle-market business segment. Today, The Addis Group has evolved into one of the premier risk management consultants and insurance brokers in the United States.

In the 1980s, he was vice president and senior account manager with Johnson & Higgins in Philadelphia. While there, Scott handled the insurance placements for many of Philadelphia’s most prestigious companies and institutions including Comcast Corporation, Aqua Pennsylvania, the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, Lukens Steel, and U.S. Healthcare. Scott also played a key role in the growth of Johnson & Higgins’ middle market division.

A graduate of Princeton University, Scott is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), a Certified Risk Architect (CRA) and appointed to the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter’s Advisory Committee. Scott has served on the boards of the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (Washington, DC), the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research (Austin, TX) and Rough Notes Magazine (Indianapolis, IN). He was also selected for the National Safety Council’s Loss Prevention/Risk Management Committee.

Scott is active in community affairs having served as a United Way key campaigner and on the boards of The Haverford School, GVA Smith Mack, Bryn Mawr Rehab, Camp Tecumseh, Main Line Chamber of Commerce, the Starfinder Foundation, Cabrini College, and Lower Merion & Narberth Public Access Television. Scott is the past chairman of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. Scott was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the region’s most influential business professionals through its Book of Leaders. Scott has also been recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus of The Haverford School and inducted into its “Athletic Hall of Fame.”

Sean took the lead of the Cincinnati Sales & Marketing department in January 2016. Since joining the company in 1997, he has held positions of increasing authority and responsibility in underwriting and field sales marketing and was appointed as an officer of Cincinnati Insurance in 2012. During his time in the field, Sean oversaw field marketing representatives and agency relationships in Alabama, Montana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Texas. Sean earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee and a master's of business administration from the University of Phoenix.

Holly Moore is the Vice President and Chief Operating Office of Growing Leaders, a non-profit organization that creates events and resources to teach leadership and career skills to students. She is responsible for operations, marketing, curriculum development and business growth.

Holly has worked specifically to create leader development training programs that produce positive outcomes and are cost-effective. During her time at Growing Leaders, the organization has tripled in size and scope.

Holly has over 10 years of executive experience with nonprofit organizations. She served on the board of directors for a large children’s home serving troubled youth later served as that organization’s Director of Communications. She was also the Vice President of Advancement for Mercy Ships, a global non-profit organization providing free medical care in developing nations. During her tenure with Mercy Ships, she spearheaded development efforts that helped to launch the world’s largest privately funded hospital ship serving some of the poorest countries in the world.

Prior to her non-profit work, Holly was a health care industry executive in both clinical and business settings. Holly’s most recent corporate position was the Vice President of Infusion Therapy and Healthcare Products for a Fortune 500 pharmacy services company where managed multi-million dollar budgets with full profit and loss responsibility.

Holly has a passion for developing young leaders around the world. She has spoken to educators and emerging leaders throughout the United States as well Egypt, Brazil, Central African Republic, and Singapore.

Holly is a Certified Practitioner for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. She consults with individuals and groups to present psychological types and how they apply to relationships and team dynamics. She is also a sought-after speaker on topics such as developing young leaders, creating a leadership culture, effective communication, team building, and generational diversity in the workplace.

Mark joined Cincinnati Insurance in 2012 as assistant vice president and marketing director in charge of developing and leading the company’s strategic marketing efforts. He has more than 25 years of marketing experience with leading public companies. Prior to joining Cincinnati, he was associate vice president of marketing for Luxottica, where he increased brand awareness, launched digital efforts and optimized special product promotions for its business units in Sears and Target stores. Earlier marketing management positions include director of marketing for Americas region for Nike Inc., assistant brand manager for Kraft Foods and distribution group manager for Procter & Gamble. Mark is a graduate of Miami University with an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Bobby Reagan brings more than three decades of insurance industry experience to the company that bears his name.

After graduating with high honors from the University of Tennessee, where he earned BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering, Bobby joined a Southeastern regional insurance brokerage firm as a commercial property and casualty producer. During his 10 years with the firm, he served in regularly ascending capacities, including COO.

Bobby received his CPCU designation in 1980. In 1984, he joined the consulting firm of Hales & Associates and, the following year, opened its Atlanta office. Two years later, in 1987, he became CEO of the firm and, in 1992, was elected Chairman and CEO.

In April 1995, Hales & Associates underwent reorganization, and Reagan Consulting was formed as a result.

Bobby’s expertise and integrity have ensured his reputation as a true authority within the insurance industry. He has consulted with many of the country’s most successful insurance agents and brokers, and worked with many leading financial institutions on their insurance initiatives.

He is also in consistent demand as a speaker and author, with speeches delivered to more than 150 insurance industry groups and associations, and articles published in the majority of the industry's trade publications.

J. F. Scherer is chief insurance officer and executive vice president of The Cincinnati Insurance Company.

J.F. has executive oversight responsibility for property casualty insurance operations, including commercial lines, excess and surplus lines, personal lines, marketing and reinsurance.

He began his insurance career as an independent agent with B.F. Scherer Insurance Agency in Ironton, Ohio, and joined Cincinnati Insurance in 1984. J.F.’s experience as an agent helped him to succeed as the company’s first field marketing representative in Iowa. He quickly advanced through the management ranks and took the reins of Cincinnati’s sales department in 1993.

A 1974 graduate of Eastern Illinois University, J.F. is also an alumnus of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and the EIU basketball team.

Steve serves as senior vice president of The Cincinnati Insurance Companies. He is responsible for Cincinnati’s commercial property casualty insurance underwriting and operations, including oversight of management liability and surety insurance; machinery and equipment insurance; loss control and premium audit. Steve joined Cincinnati in 1991 and has held various positions with the company, each increasing in scope and responsibilities. He was instrumental in the formation of The Cincinnati Specialty Underwriters Insurance Company in 2007 and Cincinnati’s Target Markets department in 2010. He was responsible for sales and marketing, including management of field underwriters and independent agency relationships from 2011 until he began his current position in 2016.

Kevin Stipe has been with Reagan since 1991, and became a partner in 1995. He offers our clientele expertise in financial consulting in Mergers & Acquisitions (representing both buyers and sellers), agency valuation, value enhancement strategies, ownership perpetuation planning, and strategic planning.

An avid student of the insurance distribution system, Kevin is a regular contributor to Reagan Consulting’s extensive knowledge resources, helping maintain our position as the industry leader in research.

Kevin holds an economics degree from Auburn University. Prior to joining Reagan, he worked as a currency trader for Citicorp's North American Investment Bank in New York, and for Wachovia Bank in Atlanta.
